By accessing myar99 and using its services, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

These terms ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the service provider myar99 ("Company", "we") and the user ("you") who uses this service.

myar99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page, replacing the original text, and will take effect on the date of publication. Continued use of the service after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Purpose of Service

2.1 Age Restriction

To access myar99, users must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 may not use our services in any form. If we find an account belonging to a player under 21, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be handled through negotiation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account on myar99. If more than one account is opened from the same IP address, device, payment method, or person, all such accounts will be combined and closed, and any bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Anyone registering must provide their real name, contact phone number (or current KBZPay / Wave Money number), and accurate payment details. At the time of withdrawal, verification may be required and supporting documents may be requested in line with applicable regulations.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. Login details must not be shared with anyone else. myar99 is not responsible for any actions taken on an account without the account holder's knowledge. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed. Deposits should normally be credited instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if verification is required, it may take longer.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used when depositing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after confirming that the wagering requirement set for any bonus has been met.
• We reserve the right to suspend a withdrawal if we believe that genuine winnings were obtained by improper means.

3.3 Currency Exchange

myar99 uses Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) as the primary currency. If a deposit is made in another currency, it will be converted at the applicable exchange rate, and please be aware that discrepancies may occur.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open an account on myar99 and make your first deposit, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of bonus 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks must be completed.
• Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, a wagering requirement of bonus 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once. If the same bonus is claimed across multiple accounts, it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• myar99 reserves the right to amend promotion terms without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Level Cashback

In the myar99 VIP program, players are ranked based on their play across 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and can receive weekly cashback as follows.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Tier upgrades are determined by myar99 based on a player's wagering activity. VIP cashback will be credited directly to the player's account.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following actions will be considered a violation of myar99's terms of use and may result in account suspension —

• Exploiting software bugs to gain an advantage
• Opening more than one account by the same person
• Playing using a bot or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Using bonuses solely for bonus abuse
• Depositing using another person's payment details
• Speaking disrespectfully or with ill will toward other players or staff

5.2 Decisions on Violations

If myar99 finds a breach of conduct —

• Immediate cancellation of any winnings associated with bonus funds
• Freezing or reviewing the remaining balance
• Suspension or permanent closure of the account

myar99 reserves the right to take such actions and considers its decisions final.

6.2 Data Sharing

8.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their myar99 account voluntarily, they can request this through Live Chat customer support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the closure date. Bonus funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Closure by myar99

If a player is found to have breached these terms and conditions, myar99 may suspend or close the account without prior notice. Any appeals submitted after such action will be reviewed, but the company's decision will be treated as final.

9.1 Responsibility for Access

Players must respect the laws and regulations of their place of residence when accessing the platform. The company will not be held responsible for any player who accesses myar99 from a region where the service is prohibited by law.
